From physical venue to premium digital brand in 90 days
In early 2025, The President — a prestigious event venue located on the shore of Lake Tei in Bucharest — partnered with Escmap Development to modernize its entire digital presence. While the venue had a strong reputation locally, it lacked a cohesive brand identity, a modern website, and a unified strategy to reach today’s digital-first audience.
Through our Launch Lab 360 program, we took The President from scattered visuals and fragmented communication to a refined, luxurious brand with a professional website and full-service digital rollout — all delivered in under 90 days.
🧱 Phase 1: Strategy & Brand Positioning
We began with in-depth positioning and voice strategy:
- Who are we speaking to? Primarily brides, parents organizing christenings, and corporate planners.
- What are we offering? A venue synonymous with elegance, flexibility, and unforgettable experiences.
- What do we stand for? Warmth, refinement, trust, and flawless service.
We crafted a tone of voice to reflect these pillars: professional, but never cold; elegant, but never distant.
🎨 Phase 2: Branding & Visual Identity
We built the entire visual identity from scratch, starting with a clear and timeless logo, refined typography, and a precious, elegant color palette.
- Logo: A wordmark in premium serif, adapted for full-color, mono, and mobile usage
- Colors: Aztec Gold (#C19654), Sand Storm (#DDCC4D), Black (#000000), White (#FFFFFF)
- Fonts:
- Primary: Courteous — used in titles and headers
- Secondary: Montserrat & Roboto — for body text and UI

- Brandbook: 25+ pages with guidelines, assets, and examples for all future touchpoints
💻 Phase 3: Website Design & Development
The website for The President had to communicate luxury and simplicity while being fast, responsive, and easy to navigate — especially on mobile.
We designed a clean, scroll-based experience with focus on:
- Weddings, baptisms, and corporate events
- Presentation of each salon with dedicated sections
- Gallery-driven visuals and short, persuasive copy
- Sticky contact access and smart lead capture structure
Built on WordPress + Elementor, the website is fully editable and performance-optimized.
📲 Phase 4: Social Media & Visual Consistency
We established a visual style for The President’s social presence using assets derived from the brandbook:
- Facebook and Instagram banners
- Story highlight covers
- Elegant, photo-driven post templates
- Clear brand voice: graceful, calm, inviting
We also aligned content structure around the three main event types: personal, family, and corporate — with tone and visuals tailored accordingly.
🎯 Phase 5: Launch & Ads Strategy
To reinforce brand recognition and generate direct inquiries, we launched a Meta Ads campaign targeting people planning weddings and christenings in Bucharest.
- Campaign objective: Website traffic + leads via contact form
- Creatives: Photo-first, minimal text, strong emotional appeal
- Targeting: Women 24–45, recent engagement/baby-related interests
- Results: Increased engagement and a direct uplift in inquiries via the site
